Fixing My Body Composition

I hope by now you already know that our body composition is not as simple as being water and fat, and anything else. Sure, you got water in there. In fact, it makes the most of the whole thing. And then you have fats, muscles, and your digestion system turns out doesn’t always as the same as your age. Like mine, for instance, it has gone so bad it shows age of 51! Can you believe that? Only four months before, it was 47. You’re right, I have a lot of fixing to do. That, and also my weight, my health, my finance…oh my!

Okay, enough rambling.

On to the topic. Fats are divided into the good ones and the bad ones. The bad ones sometimes you can’t see. Most slim people has this – don’t quote me on this, it’s just some rough generalization. What I am trying to say is that if you are slim you tend to eat anything because hey, you don’t have weight gain problem, and that is where the problem is because bad fats pile up if you are too skinny or too big.

My relationship with one of the nutrition products didn’t come so sudden. I have a friend who introduced it to me, and my SIL joins the business too. What makes me finally give it a try because some friends are doing it. Just like, together we are stronger – kind of thing. But I have too many cheat days.

The project is to remove my overly-presence-body fat, increase my water intake (which is a hard work), grow more muscle, and eventually a slimmer me.

Would you exercise?

Duh! It’s on my schedule. Tennis was fading away. I need to do an exercise that won’t depend on a partner. Hence, running is my choice. I used to do that in Medan, few years back. Now, need to start again.

    Kalau suami aku lagi getol2nya diet ketogenik mbak, lumayanlah sebulan turun 6 kg dan dia merasa badannya lbh sehat dari biasanya yg gampang capek, kalau istrinya blm dikasi hidayah buat ngelakuin hal yg sama hehe

    I try to remove the processed fatty foods and replace them with good fats that are in foods like avocados. I also do strength training once a week and cardio twice a week to help meet my fitness goals.
