When you enter the motherhood saga, it gives you no morning perks of snoozing – even only for one time, let alone enjoying delightful breakfast in bed. No. When that alarm’s off, you go chop chop! moving unstoppably fast like a twister.
Ask any mother in the neighborhood. They will give you that approving nod.
Only one thing that can shoot down the twister and make it rest. Sickness. Or sort of. In my case, I was down for the detoxing effect of Kangen water.
My friend, who has been religiously drinking (and probably put all her faith in) Kangen water, told me that my symptoms were showing that the water was working perfectly on my body and that my body has tons of poisons. If one person gets hit by only one thing like nausea or dizziness or diarrhea, I got hit by all of them.
Just one bottle of 2 litters enough to put me in bed the whole day on Sunday, and left me with little nausea on the next two days. I couldn’t stand up without feeling dizzy, I got loose motion three times in a day and my body was just so uncomfortable. Losing appetite was one that lasted. For days I could only eat once a day, and that was only rice and tofu with some spicy sambal.
Weirdly, I haven’t lost weight so far.
Now my appetite is slowly returning. A start was my delicious Indian food explore last week. My portion shrinks though. I cannot eat as much as I used to. I hope this one lasts for good.
