It’s around midnight right now and I am pushing myself to write on this blog, despite my actual intention to write for one of my clients. I am having quite a busy mind tonight.
Last Monday J and I decided to have a Monday date by watching a movie. Our first pick was White House Down. But I think the movie wasn’t really the favorite of the crowd because it was only showing in one cinema and we missed the last show. I told J he could pick any movie, I was hoping he would choose Despicable Me. Oh well, to him cartoon movies are only for kids so when he chose The Lone Ranger I was almost yawn.
I used to love Wild Wild West series but that’s it. Not a big fan of wild west, cowboy movies. Moreover I haven’t heard anything about The Lone Ranger. Hmm..what can I say? Anything with Johnny Depp is definitely far from boring.
The humors were not rude nor slapstick. Johnny Depp plays his role very good with subtle humors. Suddenly a cowboy movie becomes interesting and charming. I was laughing almost throughout the scenes. If you haven’t seen this one, you should. IMDb would give you detail on the storyline.
Apart from that, I would say this week has been awesome! Of course there were running around trying to complete the kids school registry and tomorrow would be the first day of school (again). It will be little A’s first school day ever and like I said on Facebook, I look forward to the drama.
Last Friday, they had gone to the orientation with my mom. I couldn’t attend because I had to come to an important appointment, which would impact my near future career (oh yeah this one is so exciting but I can only tell you about it when I have all the detail with me). Mom said there was no drama with K. I think his one year of pre-school has made him more mature and made him more ready to face the new school. Little A cried in the classroom when his teacher asked him to sing. So let see what will happen tomorrow.
Oh and today I made Beef and Sweet Corn Pancake Wrap for the boys. See the recipe HERE.
Oky doky, I think I have cleared my head a bit now. Thanks for your patient on reading this random rant. Meanwhile, what did you do on weekend?
