Happy Sunday Y’All!

Happy Sunday Y’All!
April 28, 2013 CuteCoco

If you notice for the past four weeks my posts here have been stopped on Wednesday and would only continue by Sunday or Monday. It’s not that I have been lazy, people (although I’ll admit I am being slacking these days, but that’s not the reason for my midweek cut). The truth is I have a blogging work that gives me deadline on Monday and Thursday.

Of course you would frown your eyebrow and thought “so what’s so difficult about that?!”

Well, blogging is indeed easy…when you have to do it for yourself. If you only blog for the sake of yourself, nevertheless a personal blog, I am sure the story will just flow like a river. And it can be anything you feel like blogging. But when you are hired to do it for other people pressure is definitely there.

You want to do the best you can. You don’t want to disappoint your client/employer. Hence you will tend to put more thought and more research into your blogging. Due to these reasons I am likely to lose writing-energy on Monday and Thursday (especially the latter). It’s like the entire ideas have drained out even though I only write one subject on each day. But oh boy…

I am not complaining tho. Matter a fact I find this is challenging and fun especially when given a particular subject that I don’t familiar with. However apart from this I also think that I need to re-organize my entire schedule and re-arrange my priorities and focus or else nothing will get done at top notch.

Meanwhile, it was pouring heavily two days ago and the house we are currently renting has leaks pretty much everywhere. In our bedroom alone there are around three leak points not to mention in the other room. I have been updating my landlord about this despite they have told me they didn’t have the money to reconstruct the whole ceiling (yeap, normal fixing won’t do it..it is definitely a crap structure). We actually understand and the only reason I keep updating the landlord is just for the sake of updating. They should know what happens with their house, no?!

A big chunk of bedroom ceiling has fallen two months earlier:

But last week the wife of the landlord texted me to ask whether we would extend the rent since they didn’t feel like it was in proper condition for rent (due to the massive leaks). She said she was going to let her relative to stay in the house. Somehow I felt cheated. Wasn’t it suppose to be me who dropped the rent because of that condition? Ha ha..

But that’s okay. We have been thinking to move out anyway as soon as the rent period is over (4 months to go).

So how’s your week? I am cooking a giveaway for you all, hopefully will be on by Monday. Stay tune will you?!

Have a super duper glorious Sunday y’all!

Wow, I think I would be relieved to be moving out. I would think eventually the leaks would pose a health hazard like mold. And if that huge ceiling chunk fell on one of the kids- could be dangerous!

Hope you find a better place soon!

Yes, I was so glad it didn’t fell on the kids. Seriously dangerous! Can’t wait to find a new place definitely. Have started to look around.

  3. Oh man, those leaks are terrible! I would get out of there, too. I hope none of your stuff got ruined because of them.
