I am not proud of what I have done this week in term of my weight loss journey. I haven’t been exercising the whole week including skipped the body language session because K was down on flu on that particular day.
I did take careful measurement on my food intakes but was defeated so many times. The great things were at least I didn’t snack on donut this week and because I have been too tired and sleepy everyday, as a result of reducing my coffee consumption, I slept early every night hence I didn’t have the chance to do night snack.
This coming week my focus should be my arms, my hip and my tummy.

And I know I promised last week to disclose my waist size this week but in between taking care of sick kid, busy husband and the back and forth drives somehow I couldn’t make it. But I promise it will be disclosed next week.
Have you been exercising this week?
What are your favorite healthy snacks?

It’s hard to stay on track this time of year, trust me – I know. I find that snacking on grapes or apple slices helps fill me up and they are both low on calories.

I try to keep up with snacking on apples and grapes..but my sons are monsters of apple and grape. I eat one they eat 10! Most of the time I am left with empty pack only lol. But yeah I think I have to stock more of these!

I need to get motivated to start a workout routine, but this time of year it is just too tempting for me to indulge in the sweets. I really want to get back on the exercise bike, but just can’t find the time lately. As soon as Christmas is over, I am definitely getting back on it though.
