Although I am pretty much loose on tidiness (it’s mostly inevitable), I will go mad if my walls are full of marks especially crayon marks. This happened at our old apartment in UAE. I was letting go the kids doing stuff with their crayon and it gave me super messy dirty walls. I knew Crayola’s crayons are easy to wipe off but the level of dirtiness is beyond my capability to clean. Therefore I was a bit relieved when we had to move out of that apartment. It was too much to undo.
This time in our new apartment, I have been very careful about the crayons and the kind. I really don’t want to have to clean the walls every now and then. But in the same time it is also not a nice way to cut the kids’ creativity over some clean walls. Luckily Crayola has come up with amazing solution: Color Wonder Magic Light Markers.
It comes up with five different color markers: Red, Green, Blue, Brown and Yellow. Each package will have a special coloring pad. What I bought for the kids was a pad with 18 pages of plain drawing for coloring.
What’s the great thing about this product?
Crayola Color Wonder Magic Light Markers only work on specific papers which are included in every package. It doesn’t get messy, it won’t leave marks on anything else other than the papers. When used it at the first time the color hardly visible that I thought we got the bad edition. Apparently that was how it worked. It took some times to show the actual color. For example when you strike yellow on the paper it will only give you a slight of transparent mark. Once it is dry then only you can see the real yellow on it.
The kids have been using it for quite sometimes and like I predicted, I have caught them more than once trying to draw with the markers on the wall. But of course, until now our walls are still free of crayon marks.
